An attorney by training, Mr. Coleman has been working closely with leading mass tort and trial lawyers for over 25years. In addition to his role as managing partner of law firm investments, Mr. Coleman served as President and CEO of Structures, Inc., the leading provider of fee deferral and alternative investment services to personal injury and mass tort lawyers and President of Forge Consulting, LLC, a settlement planning firm assisting injured parties and their plaintiff trial attorneys with full-service settlement planning through annuities, wealth management and trust solutions. Mr. Coleman also was a partner in Sage Settlement Consulting, the largest plaintiff focused settlement planning company in the United States and served as a partner, co- founder, COO and General Counsel of Integrated Financial Settlements, the largest provider of structured settlement annuities and related products to the personal injury marketplace. He also practiced corporate, securities and finance/lending law with Hartman Simons and Wood, LLP and Troutman Sanders, LLP (now Troutman Pepper LLP).
Mr. Coleman also has over 25 years of experience in litigation finance having been a partner and consultant with Counsel Financial Services, the largest non-bank private lender to law firms in the United States, and Plaintiff Support, one of the largest and most successful lenders to plaintiffs and their families both on a pre and post settlement basis.
Mr. Coleman received his undergraduate degree with honors from Princeton University and his law degree from University of Virginia School of Law. He is an active member of the Georgia, District of Columbia andArizona Bar Associations.
